Welcome Heritage, is a joint venture between ITC Ltd and Jodhana Heritage Hotels that represents some of the finest traditions of heritage hospitality, offering over 40 hotels across 38 locations in 15 states in India. We have been looking for a one point solution which can cater to our requirement, and help us to raise more online revenues through various online portals.
We started using Axis Rooms products from January this year and are quite impressed the way they have handled our relationship. Our online revenues have grown tremendously since then. We have been associated with Axisrooms for quite a while now and we have grown with their suite of products. We started using (still use) the revenue management suite of tools (Knights Templar and Golden Eye) for about a year now for there good reasons, 1) understand how we sell our inventories, 2) to learn from our key data to introduce winning strategies, and 3) keep a tab on competition prices every day. The RM suite helps us carry out these tasks with amazing ease.

There are many core strengths that make AxisRooms a great company to deal with , foremost among them is its ability to remain customer-centric, always. Its over 2 years since The Panoramic Getaway started utilizing their services and so far we cannot recollect one occasion when any matter raised by us went unattended for more than a few hours…! We have been using Axisrooms Channel Manager and the Booking Engine for 4 years now.
The reason why we chose to use Axisrooms Channel Manager and the Booking Engine was to drive efficiency in managing our inventories and bookings. We wanted a platform where we could update or refresh our inventories and rates with ease and that is exactly what we got.
With the Channel Manager it is so easy for us to manage all rooms with a single login and check availability of all our rooms. We have also completely avoided double/overbooking.
The Booking Engine allows us to create a simple, seamless booking window for travelers from anywhere in the world. BE works well with our promotional deals as well.
We have been with Axisrooms since 4 years. The Channel Manager and the Booking Engine platforms have helped us manage inventories and booking really easily.
We work with a lot of OTA partners (especially online), as a result one of our main challenge was to reduce overbooking and manage inventories without spending a lot of time in front of the computer. The CM has allowed us to manage all inventories via a single login, and allows us to update or refresh inventories in real-time.
The BE has allowed us to design the ideal booking window for travelers, helping them book quickly and achieve more conversion as a result. We get to study how our bookings are performing on its intuitive dashboard. We are very happy with the products and also want to see Axisrooms bring in more innovation into its product suites from their strong and experienced tech team.
